Our Vision

We work to build a safe, just, and inclusive society that provides equal opportunities for all children and vulnerable populations.

Indonesia and beyond are better off if we use economic, social, and political resources to protect everyone since childhood.

Research shows that safe, healthy, and supported children grow to be adults who can handle complex problems, contribute positively to society, and build resilient communities. They will be able and willing to protect and care for others. Tackling long-term inequity, violence, and injustice starts here.

Addressing poverty remains important, however, poverty never stands alone. It always intersects with inequity and injustice. A multi-dimensional approach is key.

Poverty reduction policies and programs by themselves are not sufficient to fully protect children. Poverty often intersects with the risk of violence and discrimination and is influenced by external crises ranging from climate, environment, and socio-economics. Addressing all aspects comprehensively is a prerequisite for the realization of inclusive child wellbeing.

Policies and programs must be supported so that they can fully capture the multifaceted children’s adversities, respond to them appropriately, and leave no one behind, especially the vulnerable.

We can end inequality and injustice when policies and programs prevent and mitigate the consequences of poverty, violence, discrimination, and various socio-economic, climate, and environmental crises experienced by vulnerable children and families.
