This report is a synthesis of the available documentation on the implementation of the CRVS Flagship Program which aims to provide a complete picture of the research trajectory, results, and lessons learned from the CRVS program, departing from the start of the study in 2015 and the program design in 2016 through to its gradual implementation from 2016 until December 2021.
